Job Summary:
VPS is seeking a skilled professional to assist in the creation and delivery of learning solutions that support the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in analysis, design, and evaluation of training outputs, as well as the ability to identify and implement optimum blended learning programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and design requirements for learning curricula.
  • Utilize technology to assist in the identification and collation of training analysis data.
  • Conduct research activities to identify individual role/job competences and validate existing data.
  • Assist in the writing of course design documentation.
  • Liaise and interact with customers and internal design teams.

Requirements:

  • Utilizing a consultative approach.
