Job Description:

As an administrative support professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending and discharging patients from A&E
  • Processing emergency ward admissions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Contributing to the development of effective systems and processes within the department

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • NVQ 3 in Customer Care or Administration or Equivalent
  • Understanding of data protection act
  • Knowledge of hospital IT patient systems
  • Awareness of current NHS policies and targets

Working Hours:

This is a part-time role, requiring flexibility to work over 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Salary:

£22,000 - £24,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
