Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customer service team, processing invoices, preparing quotations, and liaising with our accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer invoices and payments
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers
  • Liaise with our accounts team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Provide administrative support to our customer service team
  • Use our Opera software system to manage customer orders and ensure accurate data input
  • Accurately and timely complete all relevant paperwork

Requirements

  • Good understanding of business and excellent organizational skills
  • IT skills including Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Strong team player with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accurate data input skills essential

Working Hours

The role is working 8.45am – 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
