Therapeutic Home Treatment Specialist

This role comes with a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum. As a valued member of our team, you will be eligible for a 'Welcome to NELFT' payment, a lump sum of 10% of your agreed basic salary (pro rata if part-time and exclusive of HCAS payments) (subject to a minimum of £4,000 and a maximum of £10,000).

This role involves assessing and managing clinical risk, developing and delivering talking therapy and evidence-based interventions in various settings. As an experienced professional, you will have a current Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Psychotherapy, or equivalent professional qualification and be skilled and experienced in delivering evidence-based approaches to therapy (including DBT/CBT/Systemic & Creative therapies).
