Lead Your Team to Deliver Exceptional Care

Bupa - Care Homes is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities in your designated unit, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care and support to residents
  • Assess and respond to the needs of residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and social needs are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and local professional bodies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Experienced NVQ Level 5 qualified Care Assistant or Senior Carer with medication experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
