Job Description:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and on occasion in person
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and deliveries
- Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining customer records and updating the CRM system
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using PC's and software packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
