We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Manchester Ice Rink as Boot Handlers and Box Office Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boot Exchange: Assist guests with exchanging their skates, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Ticket Control and Sales: Manage ticket sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at the ticket desk.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous Ice Skating Experience: While not required, previous ice skating experience is advantageous, so please let us know if you are a confident skater.
