This winter, Off to Work is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Ice Rink Marshals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests on the ice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skating Safety: Monitor the ice and provide assistance to guests as needed to prevent accidents and ensure a safe skating experience.
  • Guest Support: Offer guidance and support to guests of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced skaters.
  • Event Support: Assist with event setup, teardown, and execution, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Skating Experience: Must be a competent skater with experience in figure skating or ice hockey.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
