Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Strategy Specialist to join our client's Reward Team. This is a pivotal role in delivering our Reward strategy across the business, involving developing and analyzing reward frameworks, supporting leaders and managers with pay and bonus decisions, and providing insights through data analysis and modelling.

About You:
You will bring significant experience in reward and benefits, with a strong understanding of global pay practices and local regulations. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential. You thrive on collaboration, are proactive, and confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build effective relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor on reward and benefits processes.
  • Lead salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and annual bonus processes.
  • Manage and maintain the global benefits matrix and internal grading structures, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with strategy.
