About the Role

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Rewards Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 months. This exciting opportunity will involve managing and optimising reward processes and systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual Performance-Related Pay Processes: Lead the development and execution of transparent, equitable, and business-aligned annual performance-related pay processes.
  • OMK Promotion Round: Operate the OMK Promotion Round, following internal guidelines and conducting thorough analysis.
  • Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and market alignment of salary bands.
  • Reward-Related Data Management: Manage reward-related data, compliance, and systems, including serving as the owner of the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Pay and Bonus Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of pay and bonus-related matters, including collective bargaining, ad-hoc pay increases, and gender and BAME pay gap reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and Group, to ensure seamless coordination and accurate data analysis.

To succeed in this role, you should have specialist expertise in reward management and possess advanced analytical skills. You should be able to simplify complex data for effective communication and demonstrate a colleague-focused approach. Strong organisation and planning abilities, as well as previous experience with HR IT systems such as SuccessFactors, are also required.
