About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at MYINTERNALRECRUITER LTD. As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing creative and effective content strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Create and implement excellent content strategies for our clients and prospects, ensuring that their objectives are met.
  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, effectively communicating and presenting content strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Content Audit and Analysis: Conduct regular content audits, competitor research, and identify opportunities for clients to excel, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Team, Heads of Departments, and other stakeholders to ensure content strategies align with our client's wider marketing campaigns.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the preparation of client presentations and pitches, participate in on-boarding new clients, and carry out internal content training for the Zelst team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a content role, with a strong understanding of search content marketing and SEO best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills, with a high level of knowledge of UX design principles and how it affects content strategy development.
  • Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize, with a positive mindset and upbeat attitude.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £35k to £40k per annum, depending on experience and skill set.
  • Holiday Allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays with length of service.
