- Team Management and Mentoring: Assist the Head of SEO in managing and mentoring the SEO team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate SEO strategies and results to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Technical SEO and Site Audits: Conduct thorough technical SEO site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance website performance.
- Link Building and Content Creation: Develop and execute link building strategies, creating high-quality content that drives engagement and improves website authority.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign success, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and drive business growth.
- Training and Development: Provide internal SEO training and development opportunities, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Competitor Analysis and Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research, identifying areas of interest and concern, and providing solutions and new ideas to drive business growth.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in an SEO role
- Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and demonstrable experience implementing these
- Experience in building client relationships and customer service
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Highly organized and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Good level of Microsoft and Google Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Docs and Sheets)
- Excellent level of attention to detail

- Have the curiosity to explore new approaches to challenges

- Competitive salary range: £35k to £40k per annum
- 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays with length of service
