Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases the agency's expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and developing social media strategies that meet their needs.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain the agency's social media presence across various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of the agency's social media strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all media channels and to develop comprehensive media plans that achieve marketing objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant agency experience required.
- Skills: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video optimization; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Competitive Salary: £30K to £33K per annum, depending on experience and skill set.
