Social Media Marketing Specialist

At MYINTERNALRECRUITER LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and generates leads.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media conversations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all media channels.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant agency experience required.
- Skills: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for B2B and B2C, excellent communication and organisational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Competitive Salary: £30K to £33K per annum, depending on experience and skill set.
