Job Summary

The SEO Strategist will play a key role in driving the online visibility and success of our clients. As a member of the MYINTERNALRECRUITER LTD team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive online visibility and business growth for our clients
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on the success of their SEO campaigns
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Work closely with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement link building strategies to improve website authority
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and pitch SEO services to new clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SEO
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and demonstrable experience implementing them
  • Experience in building client relationships and customer service
  • Experience in training and coaching team members
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Good level of Microsoft and Google Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Docs and Sheets)
  • Excellent level of attention to detail

  • Competitive salary of £35k to £40k per annum, depending on experience and skill set
