Account Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • To obtain a thorough understanding of Pareto's offerings and the market we operate in
  • To work closely with senior account managers to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for up-selling and cross-selling
  • To independently manage and sell to lower-spending accounts, developing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • To develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • To regularly meet with clients in person, building strong relationships and taking ownership of client relationships
