Why be a CRM Executive at THG?
As a CRM Executive, you'll support the LOOKFANTASTIC CRM team in executing the EU CRM strategy. This involves briefing and amending creative, building and scheduling emails and push app notifications to drive continued growth in sales, while delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for briefing, building, and scheduling email marketing communications and push app notifications for the EU CRM team.
- Write copy for emails and push notifications.
- Segment the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
- A/B testing to ensure emails are optimized to the best-performing setups.
- Update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns as needed.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the wider CRM team to achieve monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs.
- Ensure all email communications and app notifications are delivered on brief, on time, and in line with the global CRM strategy.
- Ensure all CRM messaging aligns with wider brand messaging and tone of voice.
Requirements:
- 1+ year's CRM experience.
- German or Dutch language skills preferred, but Spanish or Italian would also be desirable.
- Copywriting for marketing channels, ideally CRM.
- Time management and organization: prioritize workload and effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines.
- Assertive and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-channel experience and exposure (Email, App).
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
- E-commerce sector experience.
