About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Executive to lead the development and execution of our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving applications, supporting funnel conversion, gathering insights on customer experience, and delivering onboarding or offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM projects and communications to support various lifecycle stages for our products.
  • Collaborate with CRM stakeholders, analytics, and data partners to define audience segmentation approaches and contact strategies for both manual and automated campaigns.
  • Measure results, propose optimizations, and drive change to improve customer messaging approaches.
  • Lead one of our products' CRM processes and take ownership of its development and execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day work.
Requirements
  • A growth mindset, driven, smart, and able to think on your feet.
  • Email marketing channel know-how (2+ years) with a strong sense of how to deliver CRM campaigns 'hands on' via an ESP or customer engagement tool.
  • A solid understanding of the data requirements of a CRM campaign and the challenges that lie therein.
  • An appreciation for creative and the ability to create thoughtful customer messaging.
  • An interest in SME business finance and the ability to connect with the product types and thought patterns involved in the sector.
