**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Local Business Development Lead to join our Toyota Dealership team in Cheltenham. As a key sales professional, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing sustainable Local Business sales opportunities in line with the Toyota Brand Objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in identifying and targeting new customers through a planned, diligent and measured prospecting process. You will also be responsible for planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Identifying and targeting new customers through a planned, diligent and measured prospecting process.
  2. To create and implement direct marketing initiatives to inspire and create prospect and existing customer interaction.
  3. Managing and influencing existing customers identifying business growth opportunities for both sales and aftersales.
  4. Prepare and manage your fleet database and management reports in accordance with the business and brands requirements for updates and review purposes.
