Job Summary:

GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, preparing inventory reports, and ensuring the smooth management of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial property inspections to prepare inventory reports
  • Mid-term inspections to ensure tenants are maintaining the properties
  • Negotiating deposit returns and resolving any disputes
  • General office administration and data entry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Quarterly bonuses
