We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, and supplies.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of received and shipped goods.
- Operate a forklift and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
- Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.
- Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or inventory-related role.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
