About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents. Your focus will be on ensuring the continuity of services and contributing to the care team to provide the best possible care experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with their personal hygiene care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training program to ensure your confidence in the role. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
