Adults Residential Care Manager

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Adults Residential Care Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a care home, providing high-quality residential and respite care to adults with learning difficulties.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all support staff understand and comply with our Equal Opportunities Policy. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, planning, developing, and managing services that meet the changing needs of service users, including those from disadvantaged groups.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Able to lead and manage a large multicultural staff team
- Able to establish an effective partnership with carers
- In-depth knowledge and skill in staff supervision and leadership skills
