Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
The Regional Project Development Manager is responsible for driving technical sales and order capture for Steam Turbines & Generators advanced business, including large or sophisticated modifications, service programs, OEM, and BOP. This role involves preparing final quotations and proposals, defining project strategies, and participating in negotiations with clients.
Key Skills
- Ability to work within the STG Organization to identify, evaluate, and develop advanced business projects.
- Strong sales funnel management skills, including timely documentation of project life cycles and accurate entry of advanced business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Knowledge of the competitive marketplace and ability to provide voice of the client needs and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to initiate and manage the LoA Management process for advanced business in accordance with STG global policies.
