As a Senior Product Compliance Specialist at ZipRecruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our products. Your primary duties will be focused on conducting safety analysis and providing outputs to our Principal Engineers to develop designs further.

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting risk reduction/analysis and identification
  • Applying systems engineering approach to safety products
  • Supporting non-safety experienced members of the wider team
  • Preparing safety assessments and Design Safety Justification supporting inputs

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with UK Defence Standard and publications such as Defence Standard 00-56, Defence Standard 00-55, DSA-01, DSA-02
  • Familiarity with safety analysis techniques such as FHA, FTA, ETA, FMEA, STPA
  • STEM degree with Product Safety experience within a regulated industry
