About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Senitor Associates Ltd. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to coach a caseload of learners and their mentors in order to maximize timely achievement rates and the acquisition of both Skills and Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs
  • Plan and Generate Degree Apprenticeship
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Employer Relationships
  • Plan, Assess, Teach, and Align Individual Learning Plans
  • Effectively Document the Learner Journey through Regular Report Writing
  • Coach Learners, Working with Them and Their Employer/Mentors to Help Them Advance in Their Chosen Programme
  • Engage with Learners to Improve Their MATHS Skills
  • Create and Manage Learner Action Plans and Provide Additional Learning Support Where Required
  • Design, Develop, and Deliver Blended Learning, Mainly Using Totara, Moodle, and Mahara
  • Compliance with All Company Policies, Procedures, and Legal Responsibilities, Including ISO9001 and Cyber Essentials

Requirements:

  • Educated to Level 4+ or Equivalent in a Relevant IT or Technical Related Subject
  • English and Maths at Level 2+
