We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Postgraduate Taught Programmes Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Designated Manager and Academic Programme Directors to support the delivery of our postgraduate taught provision at Norwich.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, leadership, and delivery of multi-disciplinary core and elective units at Level 7
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring diverse voices into our student experience and ensure culturally competent support
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student educational experience and outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other courses and departments to achieve shared goals
  • Advocate for postgraduate study and promote our courses to prospective students and teachers

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of postgraduate study and the requirements of an excellent student experience
  • Background in creative arts and a developing profile as a practitioner, researcher, and/or industry professional
  • Experience of teaching at postgraduate level and leading modules, units, or year groups
  • Breadth of understanding of the creative disciplines beyond your own
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative and interdisciplinary working
