Postgraduate Taught Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Postgraduate Taught Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Designated Manager and Academic Programme Directors to support the delivery of our postgraduate taught provision, ensuring that our students receive an excellent educational experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the nature and challenges of postgraduate study and the requirements of an excellent student experience. They will have a background in creative arts and a developing profile as a practitioner, researcher, and/or industry professional, together with experience of teaching at postgraduate level.
The successful applicant will be an excellent teacher who puts inclusivity at the heart of their practice. They will be an advocate for postgraduate study, promoting the courses to prospective students and teachers, both at home and internationally. They will have the ability to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, bringing diverse voices into our student experience and ensuring the support we give our students is culturally competent.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent skills in organisation, management, team building, and evidence of enhancing student educational experience and outcomes. A collaborative and collegiate approach to leadership and teamworking is an essential attribute for this role, which will require working closely with colleagues from other courses and departments.
Please note: Fraction negotiable up to full-time for a candidate with skills and experience aligned to an area of growth in our portfolio.
