Strategic Resourcing Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your network and collaborate with the business development team to grow the client base.
- Manage and nurture relationships across legal, financial services, and corporate sectors.
- Gather client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting tailored resourcing solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently, meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions that align with client needs.
- Lead and mentor the resourcing team to maintain high service standards.
- Optimize internal processes for operational efficiency.
- Partner with talent acquisition teams to source top candidates.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.
- Expand the resourcing pool and explore untapped client sectors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in resourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within legal, corporate, or financial sectors.
- Proven ability to grow and profitably manage a business division.
- Experience in a flexible resourcing environment at a law firm or ALSP is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
