Job Summary:

Melbreck Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products and services meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Assist in the management of all aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD)
  • Lead programmes to assess quality performance using statistical and analytical methods
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Act as a point of contact for statutory, regulatory, and certification bodies
  • Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and lead kaizen events to improve quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Internal Auditor ISO certification
  • Good working knowledge and experience of problem-solving techniques: 8D, A3, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.
  • Six Sigma qualification is a distinct advantage
  • Three years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role
