Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Advanced Wound Care team at ConvaTec. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in supporting quality initiatives, advanced operations quality focus, and driving process improvements through the application of chemistry knowledge, SPC, process capability, and quality tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Lean / Six Sigma / KT methodology for process improvement and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing teams on technical studies and product development.
  • Support Third-party manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards and compliance.
  • Drive compliance within Design Control for Existing Products and lead quality and compliance efforts in New Product Development projects.
  • Participate in validation activities, process risk assessments, and implement in-process controls to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in science, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in complaint handling systems, ISO standards, and GMP.
  • Experience with CAPA, Trackwise, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
