**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Ardagh Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and contributing to the company's mission to deliver sustainable packaging solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reducing defects and improving overall quality.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports, providing insights to drive business decisions.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive quality excellence.

**Requirements and Experience**

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
