About the Role

Lansdown Insurance Brokers, part of the Benefact Group, is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our Cheltenham office.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and become an integral part of a purpose-led organisation.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client service as part of the Commercial Sales Team, supporting our "right first time" approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prioritise and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Use appropriate communication methods to support our right first time approach, maintaining successful internal and external relationships.
  • Understand and operate within regulatory frameworks, identifying and escalating any risks to the business.
  • Service existing Lansdown clients - Commercial and Residential Property.
  • Good understanding of general insurance, preferably property.
  • Proven sales ability.
