Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Professional to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
- Manage tables and ensure efficient service, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of service and quality.
