Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audit inspections schedule for new and existing members, ensuring timely distribution of reports.
- Monitor and document post-audit actions, recognising trends for process improvement.
- Liaise with audit suppliers through email, phone, and meetings.
- Monitor and respond to emails in the compliance inbox.
- Handle day-to-day admin functions of the team.
- Prepare committee reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommending actions.
- Assist with legal research and create guidance papers for review by the Legal Director.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills on all levels.
- Previous experience within compliance.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Great team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to commute to Amersham.
