Think Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based in the Amersham area. Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team, providing a high level of administrative support to the compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage audit inspections schedule for new and existing members, ensuring timely distribution of reports.
  2. Monitor and document post-audit actions, recognising trends for process improvement.
  3. Liaise with audit suppliers through email, phone, and meetings.
  4. Monitor and respond to emails in the compliance inbox.
  5. Handle day-to-day admin functions of the team.
  6. Prepare committee reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommending actions.
  7. Assist with legal research and create guidance papers for review by the Legal Director.

Requirements:

  1. Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  2. Strong communication skills on all levels.
  3. Previous experience within compliance.
  4. Strong organisational skills.
  5. Great team player with the ability to work independently.
  6. Ability to commute to Amersham.
