About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Night Shift Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the store is ready for the working day
  • Manage the night shift operations, including restocking shelves, receiving warehouse deliveries, and online picking
  • Plan and manage shift patterns and activities in advance
  • Conduct thorough handovers to the next Manager at the end of your shift
  • Develop and motivate your team to achieve excellent customer service and operational standards

  • A night shift premium of up to £4,500 annually, where eligible
  • A 4-night week, with full-time night shift managers working their hours across 4 nights
