Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high close rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high close rate.
- Track and report on sales metrics and activities, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related profession/field or currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university.
- ~4+ years relevant professional experience in account management or partner management experience, fintech experience preferred.
- ~ Proven track record of selling software / SaaS/web services into large Enterprise accounts.
- ~ Ability to successfully manage numerous projects and partnerships simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- ~ Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of strategy and support.
- ~ Proven relationship management, time management, strategic thinking, data interpretation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ~ Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Oracle.

Compensation is composed of base salary and commission. We also hire full-time onsite AE in New York.
