About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Corporation Board as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, audit, risk, compliance, and/or governance at a senior leadership or management level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the College's internal controls and management systems are effective and efficient. They will also provide advice on strategic matters and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior leadership or management experience in finance, audit, risk, compliance, and/or governance
