Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team as a Strategic Development Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide expert advice on planning policy and process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial viability assessments and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in urban planning, land development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of planning policy and process, land appraisals, and financial viability assessments.
- A competitive salary range of £50-55k per annum.
