Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of arborists and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and risk assessments are conducted
  • Motivate and coach the team to perform at their best
  • Demonstrate expertise in tree-cutting equipment, processes, and health and safety standards

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' leadership experience
  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 qualifications in chainsaw maintenance, felling, and tree climbing
  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 3 qualification in aerial cutting
  • Basic arboriculture academic qualification or proof of work-based skills
  • Availability for out-of-hours emergency works
