Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Matthew Algie & Co. in Glasgow. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a list of potential clients, conducting outbound calls to prospect customers, and capturing essential customer information to tailor consultation appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Generate a database of potential sales leads in the UK through proactive calls and emails.
- Handle inbound prospect customer calls and respond to their inquiries.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Generate interest and close appointments over the phone to discuss our products and services.
- Capture and record customer data, including follow-up appointments and sales opportunities.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to develop additional business opportunities and generate more leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage customer expectations through the onboarding journey and aftercare.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and call frequency.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers on a scheduled basis.
- Process orders and administer customer accounts as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a similar sales or telesales environment. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and work towards achieving sales targets. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
