Mental Health Assistant Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to their mental health needs.
Key Tasks:
- Support students in the classroom and facilitate therapy sessions
- Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assist with daily tasks such as helping keep track of student progress, keeping the class tidy, and helping manage behavior
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with children
- Patience, proactivity, and enthusiasm
- DBS certificate or willingness to apply
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £80-£95 per day, with benefits including term-time only work, training provided, and good travel links.
