">This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to step into a career in education, psychology or as a counsellor or therapist. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support and guidance to students based on their individual learning requirements.
">You will have the opportunity to engage with students aged 4-16, inspire and motivate them, and help build their confidence. You will also collaborate with the class teacher to implement strategies and interventions that promote academic growth, confidence, and ability to overcome challenges.
">While working as a mental health assistant, you will be surrounded by a supportive team of staff and have opportunities to shadow and learn from other experienced professionals.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
