Occupational Health Advisor Role

RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality services to clients. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of class-leading services for case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide proactive occupational health services to client companies, coordinating defined OH activities and preventing adverse health effects.
  • Support RPS business development and growth by identifying and winning new clients.

Requirements

  • RGN qualified, ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
  • Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management, with strong organisational skills and proficient IT skills.
  • Strong team player, able to lead by example and work collaboratively with colleagues.
