Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join our community neurological rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with AHP colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions.

The successful candidate will provide OT/PT assessments to neurological patients, deliver individualised treatment programmes, and manage clinical caseloads to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide OT/PT assessments and deliver individualised treatment programmes in clinic, patients' homes, and community settings.
  2. Manage and deliver clinical caseloads to a high professional standard, utilising knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
  • Experience of working with community, stroke, and outpatient patients
  • UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential
