Kenton Black Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Health Trainer to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering CITB Accredited training, including SMSTS and SSSTS, as well as internal SHE related training courses. Your expertise will be crucial in helping the company become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO), enabling them to deliver in-house Site Safety Plus training courses. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering training programs that meet the company's needs and industry standards
• Reviewing and updating training courses to ensure they remain relevant and effective
• Collaborating with the training team to design and deliver training programs
• Providing expert advice on health and safety matters to the company's employees and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 (or higher) Award in Education and Training (PTLLS), extensive occupational experience in a construction or health and safety related role, and a NEBOSH or H&S Diploma qualification. They will also possess excellent communication, people, IT, and written skills. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of between £45-50,000, car/car allowance, bonus, and package.
