Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health & Environment Trainer to join our team at Vistry Group Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering site safety plus training courses and a suite of internal bespoke training courses, including traffic management, on-boarding for build teams, and general safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver site safety plus training courses and internal bespoke training courses
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure consistency and quality of training
