We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Health Trainer to join our team at Kenton Black Construction. As a Safety and Health Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training courses to our construction teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CITB Accredited training courses, including SMSTS and SSSTS
  • Develop and deliver internal SHE related training courses
  • Review and update training courses to ensure they remain relevant and compliant with legislation
  • Deliver training courses online, with occasional UK travel

Requirements:

  • Level 3 (or higher) Award in Education and Training (PTLLS)
  • Extensive occupational experience in a construction or health and safety related role or training within these sectors
  • NEBOSH or H&S Diploma-qualified
  • Excellent communication, people, IT and written skills
