Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, including product, corporate, and delivery event operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enabling processes to support business growth and success
  • Act as a liaison between staff, candidates, trainees, consultants, and clients
  • Manage high-volume tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business strategy and decision-making
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the team, including data management and CRM system maintenance
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office and data platforms
  • Experience with corporate technologies and CRM systems an advantage
  • Strong educational background preferred, but not necessary
  • Excellent project management, administration, and compliance skills
