Job Title: Weekend Only-Diabetes Prevention Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient individual to join our team as a Weekend Only-Diabetes Prevention Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will work with colleagues across our services to contribute to new projects and service developments.
